CANCELLATION POLICY
If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. If you fail to advise us of any cancellation or changes within this timeframe, a 50% charge of the services booked may apply.
SERVICE & TREATMENT PROCESS
We will arrive 15 minutes early to set up. We provide music, candles, towels, sheets and all the necessary products. You will be asked to fill out a consultation form. The therapist will leave the room in order for you to undress. Only the areas that are being worked on will be exposed, all other areas will remain draped. We sterilize all our implements after every use and where possible we use disposables to ensure the absolute safety of our clients at all times.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE
Dernier Cri Spa Specialists are highly trained professionals who reserve the right to refuse service to any client who has acted in an inappropriate manner or who was not forthcoming about her/his medical condition that is a contraindication to receiving the reserved service when the reservation was placed.
